Our company is seeking a part time administrative assistant (16-20 hours per week) to help in our busy taxation department. 

The hours can be adapted to suit term time working giving flexibility for school holidays if required.  

The ideal candidate for this job will be a self -starter keen to get involved and support all members of the team in whatever way they can. A well organised resourceful team player who will get fully involved in helping to improve efficiencies within the department.  They will ensure that data is gathered in an effective manner so that workflow can be managed to ensure statutory deadlines are met.  Corresponding with clients in a professional manner, maintaining records, archiving and providing administrative support will also be part of the role.
